CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) SAFETY POLICY
(UPDATED MARCH 2022)
The safety of our customers and staff remain our priority as always, so we would reassure you that a number of procedures will remain in place to ensure a safe and worry-free visit to the hotel. Each member of our team have received full training on all our operating procedures, and Risk Assessments have been completed for all aspects of our business.
WHAT TO EXPECT
PUBLIC AREAS
We would encourage our customers to wear a face covering in all public areas, unless you are seated at a table to eat or drink, or you are exempt under medical grounds. Our staff will continue to wear a face covering in order to reduce the risk of transmission.
Hand sanitising stations are available at all entrances to the hotel as well as throughout our public areas and all guests are encouraged to use these regularly, in addition to regular hand washing.
Cleaning and sanitising throughout all public areas continues to be of high importance, with particular attention to all high touch surfaces such as entrances, door handles, reception desk, handrails and public toilets.
FOR OUR RESIDENTS
On top of our already high cleaning & hygiene standards, our housekeeping team will give additional attention to all the high touch areas within our bedrooms. Rooms will not be serviced during your stay however additional in-room supplies can be provided by contacting our Reception team. If you would prefer your room to be serviced during your stay then please confirm this with our Reception team on your arrival.
FOR OUR DINERS
The current layout of our socially distanced tables will remain in place therefore we highly recommend that you reserve a table for dinner with as much notice as possible to guarantee your preferred dining time.
Tables will continue to be sanitised between each use.
Whilst the limit of the number of people you can meet has been lifted, we will continue to offer a maximum number of 6 per table for online bookings. Should you wish to reserve a table for higher numbers then please contact the hotel directly to check our availability.
We respectfully request that all our customers take action to keep our staff and other guests safe and act accordingly to limit the risk of transmission.
If either yourself or any member of your household are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 then please contact us to either cancel or postpone your visit to the hotel.
We will continue to monitor the latest government guidelines to ensure the highest level of safety for our guests and team members and we will update this communication if necessary. Whilst we will be taking all reasonable steps to prevent any changes to your booking, we cannot accept any responsibility or liability for circumstances beyond our control.
